Navy & White Textured Woven Cotton

This is a navy and white textured woven cotton fabric. It has a more of an open weave than a quilting cotton. You can see the two colors as the yarns are a bit thicker as well. It has a really nice soft hand and such a lovely fabric. It also has a bit more drape to it than a quilting cotton.
