Crinkle Shimmer Brown Fabric

This a beautiful warm brown two toned crinkle fabric that has lots of shimmer and a touch of metallic to it. I don't know exactly what kind of fabric it is and the fabric content, but it is soft, has high drape and isn't sheer. It would make a beautiful formal dress or skirt.  It has a depth to it and at the same time a brightness.
