Poetic Dress Pattern

The Poetic Dress is such a darling dress for just about any special occasions, and will turn heads where ever she goes. It has a ruffle around the neck, lace attached to the skirt lining, and a button stand down the back. The skirt has lots of fullness perfect for twirling and dancing.
