The Starshine Tank is not just any tank top, it's an elevated top that's fancy and so cute. You will love the 3 layers where you can choose contrast fabrics if you'd like. Use knit fabric for the tank and choose a light weight fabric with some stretch for the ruffles. If you use a woven fabric for the ruffle like we did on the second layer, make sure it is a loose woven fabric and utilize the bias as much as you can to give it some more stretch.
