***This fabric needs to first be washed and needs to be made "colorfast" which is a term that means to set in the dye and rinse off dye residue. You do this by soaking the fabric in a solution of cold water with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of salt, or add 1/2 to 1 cup of white vinegar to the final rinse cycle. This helps lock in color and set the color as well as rinse off excess dye.
